After a sustained period of challenges with their existing background music setup, Bax AV was asked to provide a reliable solution for customers to enjoy consistent music during their appointments, and give staff the ability to adjust the level of the music in each treatment room as required for the individual client’s taste. We proposed a distributed speaker system with volume control installed in each treatment room. Multiple music sources controlled by a user friendly web interface so staff can easily change music or monitor the zones.
