New Building complete AV system install
The Central Coast Steiner School commissioned Bax AV to design and install an audio visual system suitable for their construction of a Performing Arts Centre. They were looking to host high quality events & performances regularly. The system needed to be a professional standard of equipment, and yet designed to be operated by the students. For the vision aspect of the Theatre, Bax AV alongside Sound Choice Pro Audio proposed an LED screen instead of projection. The end result is an upstage 7m x 4m LED screen which commands attention and makes their graphics and video content pop.
The PA system solution is a neat and punchy Beta 3 Line Array system with an Allen & Heath Qu-24 audio console, and an Audio Processor which allows for basic operation without the console when only a microphone and laptop audio were required, and full control via the console when it was required. 8 channels of MIPRO ACT700 Series Wireless systems mics with both hand held and beltpack transmitters allow flexibility of the system for each production or class.
